Who we are (data controller)
The data controller is Fondazione Migone. For any request concerning your data, write to info@migone.com.
What we collect and why
We collect only the data you provide to us voluntarily:
- Contact form: your name, email address, reason for writing, and message. Used solely to read and reply to your enquiry.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address, if you choose to subscribe. Used solely to send you news from the Foundation. We are currently collecting sign-ups and have not yet begun sending; you may ask to be removed at any time.
We collect no other personal data. The site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising or analytics tools that profile you.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form or subscribing, and our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence (Article 6 of EU Regulation 2016/679, the GDPR).
How your data is handled
Form submissions are delivered to us through a form-handling service (Web3Forms) and reach our mailbox, which is hosted on Google Workspace. These providers process the data only in order to deliver it to us. We do not transfer your data to any other third party.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for our records; the form service retains a copy for a short period (about 30 days). Newsletter addresses are kept until you ask to be removed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may at any time ask to access, correct, or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@migone.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no third-party analytics that profile you. No cookie-consent banner is therefore required.
Changes
This policy may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.
